SHOPPING INFORMATION

Buchel Homes offers two convenient methods for receiving your order.  Collection at either of our two Pretoria branches or delivery anywhere in South Africa.  Door to door shipments within South Africa usually take 3 – 4 working days to reach you. Outlying areas can take longer. Please ensure that your designated address is not seen as a high risk area and that the address is correct.

Buchel Homes offers a nominal standard flat rate delivery fee of R110 per order, and a nominal additional cost for orders over 30kg.

If you have chosen the delivery option, you will be notified via email as to the progress of your package.

Once payment has been received and the order is ready, you will be notified by your chosen branch that you can collect your order.

Buchel Homes does not ship outside of South Africa.

Your account and orders are automatically linked to our dispatch and accounting system which, once released by our administrative offices, then gets made up, packed and dispatched.

Colours can be deceptive as they relate to adjacent colours and light, as well as displaying differently depending on screen and print settings. Please note that colour charts on this site are designed specifically for multimedia purposes and not for print. Due to the thousands of colours and large range of products and sizes, colours are made specifically per order only. Records are kept should you want to reorder.

NO COLOURS ARE REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGABLE.

If you are not sure of a colour, order a 1lt in the product and colour you require, to try out and test. Our 1lt pricing is very competitive for this reason.

  1. Payfast – Check out with Payfast which is a secure portal and pay using Mastercard, Visa, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Bank QR Code Apps, Scan to Pay, Store Cards, Debit Card, Mobicred.

 

  1. Electronic Transfer – Our bank details will be provided and you as the customer will make the payment manually. Once payment has reflected on our side, we will begin packaging and delivering your order.

Only goods that have been unused, unopened and not damaged may be returned within a period of 30 days from invoice. You are welcome to return goods when the incorrect item (s) have been delivered.

We do not refund items when:

  • The client has had a change of mind on either the product or quantity.
  • Products have been opened and tampered with and are not in a resaleable condition.
  • Coloured paint of any type has been purchased.

As a nominal delivery fee is charged (not actual) the client will be liable for costs which would include original delivery costs, new pickup fees, as well as the original financial fees of the purchase.
