FEATURES
MX PLUS is an effective raw material added to any of
our Acrylic paints to resist the formation and growth
of mould (or Algae) on paint surfaces.
ADD to the paint you require treated, and we will
mix the MX PLUS into your paint for you.
Please note that there is a 1Lt, 5Lt or 20Lt
requirement.
MX Plus is only sold mixed into our paint, and is
not sold on its own or seperately.
Mould or Algae contaminated surfaces to be painted
must first be treated with USHEVU biocidal wash,
and all dead algae is to be removed before the
application of new coatings.
NOTE
Algae are plants that grow from the sun and must
have sunlight to continue growth.
Mould does not need sunlight to grow, and simply
requires a high humidity area to flourish. Mould feeds
off the organic minerals found in building materials.
Mould can be a health risk.

To be used undiluted on steel floated
floors, to etch the surface and to create
a key for the Floor Coat. After etching,
the floors are to be rinsed with clean water
to remove the acid, and allowed to dry.

60 sqm on a steel floated cement
